These files are a collection of “technological contracts” which will be implemented one by one to produce the product in the optimal manner.

Marel engineering accompanies the various manufacturing tasks on the front line. The work is done directly with the contractors while ensuring the quality of production and assembly of products.

Writing a work specification for the PCB manufacturer, including:

  • Writing PCB Manufacture Requirements for the PCB manufacturer in accordance with standard CLASS2/CLASS3/CLASS3A
  • Compliance with IPC standards relevant to the type of product.
  • Type of raw material.
  • Layers structure and types of drillings.
  • Adaptation of the dielectric coefficient of the raw material to the control impedance required from the electrical standpoint.
  • Definition of the required surface finish.
  • Detailed definitions regarding the solder mask.
  • Detailed definitions regarding silk.
  • Mechanical tolerances according to the limitations of the manufacturer and the mechanical design.
  • Allowed burning precisions versus types of components selected during the electrical design.
  • Definition of the relevant electrical tests according to the standard relevant to the type of product.
  • Full implementation of a traceability method during the product life cycle –  DATE CODE @ CODE.
  • Definition of panel and way of disconnection of the PCBs from the panel.
  • Method for packaging and conveying.

  • Marel will perform adjustments between product design and requirements thereunder and the capabilities of the PCB manufacturer to prevent failures.
  • Performance of a survey of new companies in the country and abroad in accordance with the requirements of the customer / product and producing a summary report.
